Return & Refund Policy

At MetallimaCrafts, every item is handcrafted with care. Because many of our pieces are made to order, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our craftsmen.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase must be provided

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized products

Items made to specific dimensions

Items that have been installed or used

Clearance or final sale items

Because our products are handcrafted metal pieces, slight variations in finish or texture are considered normal and are not defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number

Photos of the item

Photos of the packaging

After review, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement item

Repair

Partial or full refund

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or model, please contact us. In many cases we can arrange an exchange, though additional shipping costs may apply.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production has started, cancellation may not be possible because many of our pieces are handcrafted to order.
