Handling & Processing Time

Thank you for choosing Metallima Crafts. Every order is carefully prepared by our artisans with close attention to detail and quality.

  • Standard Orders: Please allow 1–8 business days for processing and dispatch.
  • Custom Orders: For bespoke pieces, including custom sizes or finishes, please allow an additional 7–15 business days. More complex customizations may require up to 3 weeks during peak periods.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. If any unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you directly to keep you informed.

As part of our shipping and delivery policy, we offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. Depending on your location, your package will be shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, Aramex, or USPS to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.
