Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Metallima Crafts, we carefully prepare and ship orders from Morocco to customers worldwide. We aim to provide clear information about processing, shipping, delivery, and applicable customs charges.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared before dispatch according to the product and order requirements.

• Standard orders: 1–8 business days
• Custom or personalized orders: typically 7–15 business days and may require additional time for complex projects.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. If a significant unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you.

Shipping & Estimated Delivery

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping to destinations available at checkout.

Orders are shipped through established international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, Aramex, or other appropriate shipping partners.

Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

• United States: 3–5 business days  
• United Kingdom & Europe: 4–7 business days  
• Canada: 3–5 business days  
• Middle East & Gulf Countries: 4–7 business days  
• Australia & New Zealand: 5–8 business days    
• Other International Destinations: 10–14 business days    

These are estimated transit times and do not include processing time. Delivery may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.     

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

United States: Orders shipped to the United States are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Applicable import duties and customs charges are covered by Metallima Crafts, unless otherwise clearly stated before purchase. U.S. customers should not be required to pay additional import duties upon delivery.

Other Countries: Import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on the destination country's regulations. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
